CSL Class is ideal for children who are accustomed to speak English but also appreciate the chance to learn Chinese. The course will develop their four language proficiency skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing in the level three. The long-term goal is to use Chinese whenever possible in class and only use English in a way that helps the class. CSL3 class uses “Zhong Wen” Level Three as text book. Reinforces Pin Yin and Chinese characters writing. Teaches about 150 new vocabulary and forming sentences. Emphasizes on comprehensive reading and simple writing.
教授暨南大学华文学院编的<<中文>>教材第三册，巩固拼音和汉字书写（偏旁部首，笔画顺序），能用普通话熟练朗读背诵课文，教授约一百五十个生字，会组词和造句，辨认同音字，近音字和形近字，学习简单作文（如书写书信），进一步提高中文听说读写的基本能力，同时介绍中华文化，为进一步学习中国语言文化打下良好基础。
