Please ensure you speak to your children regarding the mandatory Zoom Sessions and the expectations for participation. Students, at no time, are allowed to take screenshots, video record, or stream the session to another site. The online agreement parents acknowledged is included below.
As a parent, you understand and acknowledge that our school does not authorize parental participation in online instruction, just as you would not be a participant in your childĄ¯s in-school instruction. You agree that you shall limit your presence during online instruction to setting up the conferencing equipment for your child at the start of the session, and providing your child with assistance to return to the conference if he or she disengages from the instruction. During online instruction, you shall not audio-record or video-record the session and you shall reinforce your childĄ¯s obligation to adhere to and comply with all applicable policies governing the use of technology during online instruction.

Zoom Protocol
Be On Time - Late student will disrupt the class, so they cannot be admitted
Use Your Full Name - Students using unknown names will not be admitted
Check In - Type "present" in the chat box to record your attendance
Camera On - Teachers must be able to see you in the class
Raise Hand - To respond to the teacher or ask a question
Mute On - Remain muted until the teacher calls on you or tells you to talk to others
One Background Only - Appropriate background, no changing during session
