2020 Board Election News
尊敬的各位家长，老师和校务人员：
华夏博根中文学校董事会于2020年2月16日举行了全体董事会议。会议通过了4项规章制度。 使学校朝正规化，制度化的方向迈进一大步。会议讨论并回答了PCHS所关心的冠状病毒问题。详情请看2020年2月16日的董事会会议记要。
会议讨论了2020年董事换届选举并决定于4月12日在中文学校进行选举, 初步安排如下：
1. 从即日起开始候选人提名，每名董事可提名一名候选人,
2. 3月22日 － 候选人提名截止,
3. 3月29日－候选人与家长见面会 （自我介绍及回答问题）,
4. 4月12日－正式选举。

Dear Parents, Teachers and School Administrative Staff:
An HXBG Board of Directors meeting was held on February 16, 2020. 4 rules and regulations were approved. This is a big step forwards for school’s formalizing and institutionalizing. The concerns of coronavirus from PCHS were addressed. For details, please refer to the board meeting minutes on February 16, 2020.
The 2020 Board of Directors election was also discussed. Following are preliminary information on the election:
1. Candidate nomination will start from now on, each BD member can nominate one candidate,
2. March 22 – Deadline for candidate nomination,
3. March 29 – Meeting between the candidates and the Members (self-introduction and Q&A),
4. April 12 – Final election meeting.
