Notice of Board Election Amendment
尊敬的各位家长，老师和校务人员：
按董事会2月29日的计划, 今年董事会提名及选举的时间安排如下,
1. 3月22日 － 候选人提名截止,
2. 3月29日－候选人与家长见面会（自我介绍及回答问题）,
3. 4月12日－正式选举。
现在由于受COVID-19 疫情的影响, 董事会决定将提名截止日期推迟到4月5日，并将选举议程做如下安排，
如果4月19日学校能恢复课堂授课,
1. 4月19日 - 候选人与家长见面（自我介绍及回答问题）,
2. 5月3日 - 正式选举。
如果这个学期都不能恢复课堂授课, 我们将候选人与家长见面和选举2项推迟到下学期开学后。具体时间安排稍后再定。

Dear Parents, Teachers and School Administrative Staff:
According to the decision of 2020 Board of Directors election on February 29, Following are preliminary information on the election:
1. Candidate nomination will start from now on, each BD member can nominate one candidate,
2. March 22 – Deadline for candidate nomination,
3. March 29 – Meeting between the candidates and the Members (self-introduction and Q&A),
4. April 12 – Final election meeting.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, Board of Directors at HXBG has decided to postpone the deadline for nominations to April 5 and made the election agenda as follows,
If the on-campus school activities are resumed on April 19,
1. April 19 – Meeting between the candidates and the Members (self-introduction and Q&A),
2. May 3 – Final election meeting.
If the on-campus school activities are cancelled for this semester, the meeting between the candidates and the members, and final election will be postponed until the beginning of next semester. Schedule will be determined later.
