华夏博根中文学校董事会于2020年5月10日举行全体董事会议，以无记名投票形式选举产生2020-2021学年董事会的Officers。

Zhihui Xu (徐智辉), Treasurer

现任董事会张元（董事长)，刘一帆(秘书)和杜红梅(财务)向上述新任Officers的交接工作从现在开始，将于2020年6月30日完成。

Board of Directors at Huaxia Bergen Chinese School (HXBG) held a meeting on May 10, 2020 to elect Officers for School Year 2020 – 2021 anonymously.

Zhihui Xu (徐智辉), Treasurer

The transition from the current board Officer: Richard Zhang (President), Yifan Liu (Secretary) and Hongmei Du (Treasurer) to the new officers named above will start immediately. The transition will complete by June 30, 2020.
