School Notice (4/4/2010 School Open, Updated)

Dear Parents,

Updates: The seminar regarding how to apply famous universities by AIC will be held at 10AM this Sunday in cafeteria; Board election will be postponed to 4/18.

1. The school will be open this Sunday (April 4th, 2010) at regular time 9:30AM.

2. The 2010 HX Track & Field Games (HXTF2010) will be held on 5/15/2010 as planned. The registration deadline is April 19th. Please prepare for $2 registration fee each person and the school will refund the money if you attend the event. Also please hand in the registration form to the school administration (Guo Bing, Wang Hong or Hang Jing) in the cafeteria.

3. According to school by-law, 1/3 of school board members will be replaced each year. This year three board members will proudly retire, we need three candidates, please send your recommendations to Ren zhiyuan (ronaldren@yahoo.com), Luo Xudong (amersonny@yahoo.com) and Hiro Gao (hirogao21@yahoo.com), parent meeting will be held on 4/18 for board election.
