School Notice (School Open on 11/6/2011, DST Ends)

Dear Parents,

1. The school will be open this Sunday on Nov 6th. Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends this Sunday on November 6, 2011 when clocks will be moved back one hour!

2. We received letters from our rental school PCHS, they complained that our students have damaged their computers and posters. We already contacted the rental school for more detailed information. We all need to maintain school facilities, all parents please help teachers and school officials supervise student behavior including class break times. We believe with our coordinated effort we can avoid anything like that happen again.

3. All parents, please rest in school cafeteria during class time, don't chat outside of class room and in corridor. When you leave cafeteria, please help clean up foods, drinks, papers and other stuffs on the table. Thanks for your cooperation.

4. New class "High School Chemistry Topics" is open for registration, the class will be in room# 206, 10:25am-11:10am

"The High School Chemistry Topics class is taught by a licensed and practicing high school chemistry teacher. For 10-12th grade high school students who are currently taking chemistry classes, this class will review key topics in chemistry that are concurrent with their course curriculum. The key objectives for the class are to foster deeper understanding of subject contents in chemistry, achieve better performance in chemistry classes, introduce and reinforce proper study and test taking skills. Knowledge and skill gained from this class will better prepare students to excel in SAT II - chemistry and AP chemistry tests."

5. Care 2 Help Charitable Association will collect donations from 9:30AM to 1PM this Sunday on 11/6, if you have clothes to donate, please prepare. You can check their clothes drive web site at http://www.care2help.org.
