Huaxia Bergen School Notice (School Open on 09/08/2013, Updated)

Dear Parents,

Update: The students who have registered the Oil Painting class need to have their own supply materials. Please bring the materials to the class in the first day of school.

1. Chinese school will be open on September 8, 2013, the first day of the new school year.

2. Please be advised that there will be a small adjustment of our school schedule this Sunday due to a special event in PCHS, the break time at the end of 2nd and 3rd period will be reduced to 5 minutes so that all the classes will be finished by 12:50pm. Please do not remain in the school building after the class. Thank you for your cooperation.

3. Information about the student’s name and his/her classroom will be posted on the wall of the school entrance near the cafeteria. Please check your child’s name in correspondence with his/her classroom.

4. Registration for the 2013-2014 school year will continue. Please go to our school website www.hxbg.org to register online, print out the registration form, then summit the payment and form to Registration Manager Jing Hang in the cafeteria.

5. If you have any questions and concern, please come to the cafeteria. The administrative team will be there to help you. We are looking forward to having a pleasant and productive school year!
