Huaxia Bergen School Notice (School Open on 09/29/2013)

Dear Parents,

1. Chinese school will be open on September 29th, 2013.

2. There was a complaint from PCHS last week that some of the classrooms were messed up, and some students played in the Chapel. Please be advised that all classrooms need to be reset as they were after class, and please do not stay in the Chapel and auditorium.

3. Registration for the 2013-2014 school year will continue. Please go to our school website www.hxbg.org to register online, print out the registration form, then summit the payment and form to Registration Manager Jing Hang in the cafeteria.

Math Problem Solving(younger) #223 11:20AM - 12:05PM
Soccer(Older ) Field 10:25AM - 11:10AM

4. Kindly remind that the teacher-parent conference will be held on this Sunday. Please follow your teachers' email for the time and location.
