Huaxia Bergen School Notice (School Close on 06/01/2014)

Dear Parents,

1. Chinese school will be closed on June 1st, 2014.

2. Registration for the 2014-2015 school year will start this week. Please go to our school website http://www.hxbg.org to register online, print out the registration form, then summit the payment and form to Registration Manager Jing Hang in the cafeteria when the school is open.

3. PANDA TRAVEL LLC will continue to provide China Visa services for our school this year. Please see the details,

4. School notice of board members election 2014

There are nine board members in our Huaxia Chinese School at Bergen, Inc. Two board members will retire this year. We need to elect two new members.

After being reviewed by the current board members, four people will be the next school year board member candidates. They are:
李岫冰 (li Xiubing),
韩伟 (Han Wei),
廖世平 (Liao Shiping),
陈国栋 (Chen Guodong).

The election will be held on June 15, 2014 from 10:00am to 12:00pm in the cafeteria. The candidates will introduce themselves that day. If you want to know more about the candidates, you may email Chun Liu at liutpj@hotmail.com. Please come and cast your vote .Your supports are always appreciated.
