Huaxia Bergen School Notice (School Open on 06/08/2014)
Dear Parents,
1. Chinese school will be open on June 8, 2014.
2. Registration for the 2014-2015 school year will continue. Please go to our school website www.hxbg.org to register online, print out the registration form, then summit the payment and form to Registration Manager Jing Hang in the cafeteria.
3. There will be a seminar from Heartland Institute of Financial Education (HIFE), two sessions provided, 09:45AM-11:00AM and 11:00-12:30PM in Room #125. Please see the details.

4. There will be a book sale from QMQ Educational Books in the cafeteria this Sunday.

8. School notice of board members election 2014
There are nine board members in our Huaxia Chinese School at Bergen, Inc. Two board members will retire this year. We need to elect two new members.
After being reviewed by the current board members, four people will be the next school year board member candidates. They are:
Àîᶱù (li Xiubing),
º«Î° (Han Wei),
ÁÎÊÀƽ (Liao Shiping),
³Â¹ú¶° (Chen Guodong).
The election will be held on June 15, 2014 from 10:00am to 12:00pm in the cafeteria. The candidates will introduce themselves that day. If you want to know more about the candidates, you may email Chun Liu at liutpj@hotmail.com. Please come and cast your vote .Your supports are always appreciated.
