Huaxia Bergen School Notice (School Open on 09/07/2014)

Dear Parents,

1. Chinese school will be open on September 7, 2014, the first day of the new school year.

2. Information about the student's name and his/her classroom will be posted on the wall of the school entrance near the cafeteria. Please check your child's name in correspondence with his/her classroom.

3. Registration for the 2014-2015 school year will continue. Please go to our school website www.hxbg.org to register online, print out the registration form, then submit the payment and form to Registration Manager Jing Hang in the cafeteria.

4. Students who register the oil painting class need to bring the oil painting materials for the course. Please see the details.

5. There will be substitute teachers for Zhou Ming's and Chen Wei's dance classes this week due to their performance obligation.

6. Mid-Autumn festival will be next Monday September 8. For celebrating this traditional Chinese holiday, each student in Chinese class will be given a moon cake. There will be moon cake sale in the cafeteria also.

7. If you have any questions and concern, please come to the cafeteria. The administrative team will be there to help you. We are looking forward to having a pleasant and productive school year!
