Huaxia Bergen School Notice (School Open on 04/19/2015)
Dear Parents,
1. Chinese school will be open on April 19 , 2015.
2. Board members election 2015 will be held on this Sunday from 10:30am to 12:30pm in the cafeteria. The candidates will introduce themselves at 10:30am. Please come and cast your vote .Your supports are always appreciated
There are nine board members in our Huaxia Chinese School at Bergen, Inc. Three board members will retire this year, they are 张元(Zhang Yuan), 刘纯(Liu Chun), 张元丑(Zhang Yuan Chou). Their services and contributions are greatly appreciated. We need to elect three new members.
After being reviewed by the current board members, four people will be the next school year's board member candidates. They are:
韩伟 (Han Wei)
王虹 (Wang Hong)
王晓东(Wang Xiao Dong)
梁美岩（ Liang Meiyan ）

3. 2015 Metlife - Huaxia Track & Field Games will be held at Plainsboro High School on Sunday, May 3rd. It will be a great time for us to build up our strength and make friends. 4. PANDA TRAVEL LLC will continue to provide China Visa services for our school this year. Please see the details.

5. HX Star will be held on this Saturday April 18, 2015 in the Huaxia Middle branch school. There will be a few performances from Zhou Ming's and Chen Wei's dance classes to participate the event. Best wishes for all the performers to represent our school.
6. Poster Competition for High-School Students sponsored by Chinese Association for Science and Technology, USA Greater New York Chapter (CASTUSA-GNY) will be held on May 2nd, 2015 in Columbia University. Please see the details.
