Huaxia Bergen School Special Notice (2017-10-22)

尊敬的各位家长，老师和校务人员：

华夏博根中文学校现任校长何燕女士为了顾全大局维护学校的利益决定不再担任校长一职并已向董事会正式提出辞职。董事会接受了何燕女士的辞职并感谢何燕女士自被任命校长以来对中文学校各项工作所做出的贡献，同时也感谢本届全体校委会在何燕女士的领导下为中文学校所付出的辛勤劳动和无私奉献。何燕女士的这一决定是为了维护中文学校的安定团结，促进学校的进一步发展，对此董事会予以了充分的肯定和赞赏。

董事会将于下周日（2017年10月29日）举行会议讨论有关继任校长的相关事宜。截止至2017年11月26日老一届和新一届校长及校委会完成交接工作。

Dear Parents, Teachers and School Administrative Staff:

For the best interest of Hua Xia Bergen Chinese School Ms. Yan He formally notified the Board of Directors that she decided to resign from the position of Principal. The BD accepted her resignation and acknowledged all her contribution to the school since she was appointed as the Principal. Meanwhile the BD would also like to thank all the school administrative staff for their great dedication and contribution under her leadership. The decision made by Ms. Yan He is to maintain the school integrity and to further develop the school, which is fully acknowledged and appreciated by the BD.

The BD will discuss the successor of the school Principal at next meeting on October 29, 2017. The old and new Principals and School Administration Committees will complete the transition by November 26, 2017.
