Dear Parents,
The school will be open this Sunday (11/4/2018).
1. 温馨提示，本周日夏令时结束，请将您的时钟在周六睡觉前拨慢一个小时。
Friendly reminder: the Summer saving time is over on this Sunday. Please turn your clock one hour back before you go to bed on Saturday.
2. 本周日是中文课期中考试，提前预祝孩子们取得好成绩。
This Sunday midterm exam will be held, wish the children good grades in advance.
3.【11月份学校的各项活动 精彩纷呈】：11/4《图书义卖》继续进行，11/18《大学教育经费筹资讲座》，上大学光有好成绩是不夠的, 需要家長做好预先规划。如果您的子女或孙子女想上大學，您千万不要错过這次內容详实的讲座,，欢迎您和孩子的参与！
4. 华夏博根小语世界即将创刊了，我们将在学校网站上增设：华夏博根小语世界板块，
A.小语世界冠名赞助征集：冠名期限一年，冠名费用 $500, 您的冠名名称在冠名期限内出现在学校网站小语世界的板块上和School Notice 的相关小语世界的报道上。请洽wendy07675@qq.com
B.稿件征集: 中文作文稿，没有主题限制，可以是纯文字稿件，也可以是图文并貌的稿件，低年级的看图写话，欢迎各个年龄段的孩子积极投稿，希望很快可以在华夏博根小语世界 创刊号看到您孩子的作品！稿件请发送至：hxbgxysj@gmail.com
5. 2018-2019秋季教师评估已经结束，感谢家长们的大力支持和合作。我们的每位中文老师都很快会收到家长的反馈和建议，老师们会在今后的教学中不断提高和完善。

6. 本周末11/3-4，我们的老师们将参加总校年会进行培训和学习，老师们一定会收获满满，带回自心得和体会融入和丰富自己的教学。
This weekend our teachers will have yearly training and study, our teachers will definitely learn a lot.
7. 请各位家长以身作则，爱护学校公物，保持环境卫生，不要乱丢垃圾，在餐厅吃过东西后将餐具桌面等打扫干净，在教室餐厅等处停留后将桌椅放回原处，并请要求孩子们也这样做。学校会在餐厅准备好卷纸供您清理所用。
Please play a good role for your children to take good care of the public properties and maintain the environment well at school. No littering. Please clean the desk and surroundings after eating and put the desks/chairs back to their position before you leave. Please require your kids to do so too. Paper towel is available at the cafeteria for your use.
8. 请老师们负责维护您教室内的课桌椅及其它物品的完好和整洁，下课后请务必把教室恢复原样。
Teachers please take the main responsibility to maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the desks, chairs and other items in your classroom, and make sure to return the classroom to the original form after class.
