Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School open on 9/8/2019)

尊敬的各位家长老师，大家好！
The school will open this Sunday (9/8) at 9:30am!
1. 9/8 开学日又是中秋节前夕，双喜临门，校委会已经提前为大家订购好了月饼贺中秋！报名注册了中文课的学生每人一小包月饼 ，请班上的热心妈妈爸爸来cafeteria帮忙领取学生的月饼。温馨提醒：为了不耽误您家的孩子领取月饼，尚有少部分的已经报名还未付费，请大家在开学之前及时付费。感谢您的支持！
9/8 the first school day is also the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, double happiness, the school committee has already ordered the moon cake for everyone to celebrate middle autumn festival! A small pack of moon cakes will be distributed to each student who has enrolled in the Chinese class, please ask the enthusiastic mom and dad in the class to come to the cafeteria and help collect the moon cake for the students.
2. 开学两周之内须确定最终选课并付齐学费。从第三周起，退课不再退款，如有特殊情况没有注册课程但需要听课的，请联系校委会取得批准后才可进行，再次感谢您的支持！
Within two weeks of school start, you must determine the final courses and pay the tuition fee. From the third week, there will be no refund. If you have not registered the class in special circumstances but need to attend the class, please contact the school board for approval before you can do it again. Thank you again for your support!
3. 开学前再分享一个好消息：今年我们多次努力和Paramus Catholic High School沟通争取，取得了学校的大力支持，将学校关门时间延长至2:50pm，让我们更多的孩子可以参加演讲班而不耽误他们基础中文课和文体课的学习，去年演讲班孩子取得了骄人的成绩，在华夏北区的比赛中夺得得了6个一等奖中的5个！如果您希望您的孩子通过公共演讲培训，提高孩子早期的语言学习和胆识训练，综合锻炼学生阅读、表达、情感、表演等多方面的能力，并在未来演讲比赛出成绩吗？尚余少数名额请立即报名！
中文演讲课
开课时间：2019年9月到2020年1月，下午1:20-2:50
教室：学校餐厅
适龄学生：英文学校或中文学校，1-3年级学生。
2019-2020课程表里新增添如下课程，欢迎大家踊跃报名。
1）学前中文班CSL（K-CSL）
2） 小提琴初级班
3） 小提琴弦乐团
4）声乐课
5）Gauss Pre-Algrebra
4. 开学在即，许多老师需要义工助教，如果您或者孩子有兴趣担任义工助教，请填写义工申请表格，发送至Wendy07675@qq.com, 学校将颁发义工奖状和小时证书。
