The school will be open this Sunday (09/15/2019).

2. 开学两周之内须确定最终选课并付齐学费。从第三周起，退课不再退款，如有特殊情况没有注册课程但需要听课的，请联系校委会取得批准后才可进行，再次感谢您的支持！
Within two weeks of school start, you must determine the final courses and pay the tuition fee. From the third week, there will be no refund. If you have not registered the class in special circumstances but need to attend the class, please contact the school board for approval before you can do it again. Thank you again for your support!
所有快乐幼儿汉语、马立平中文课和所有双双中文课的家长注意️：所有双双教材和马立平教材卖出后，一律不退不换。谢谢 (Parents please pay attention to all Ma Liping and ShuangShuang Chinese classes: After ShuangShuang and Ma Liping textbooks are sold, they will not be returned. Thank you)
3. 开学在即，许多老师需要义工助教，如果您或者孩子有兴趣担任义工助教，请填写义工申请表格，发送至Wendy07675@qq.com

4. 新学年伊始，学年各项活动筹划准备中，我们需要更多的义工家长，班爸班妈一起协助协调，为学校献计献策。义工家长，班妈班爸是老师、学校管理团队和家长之间的桥梁。

5. 除经老师允许的班级家长, 其余家长请勿留在课堂或在走廊里高声聊天，以免影响课堂秩序。您可以到一楼的餐厅停留。
Except for the class parents who get the permission from the teachers, other parents please do NOT stay in the classroom or chat in high voice in the aisle to avoid disturb the class. You may stay in the cafeteria on the first floor
6. 请各位家长以身作则，爱护学校公物，保持环境卫生，不要乱丢垃圾，在餐厅吃过东西后将餐具桌面等打扫干净，在教室餐厅等处停留后将桌椅放回原处，并请要求孩子们也这样做。
Please play a good role for your children to take good care of the public properties and maintain the environment well at school. No littering. Please clean the desk and surroundings after eating and put the desks/chairs back to their position before you leave. Please require your kids to do so too.
7. 秋高气爽，丹桂飘香 —— 2019年华夏-AIG田径运动会（即第二十一届华夏田径运动会）将于2019年10月13日在普兰斯堡举行。
报名费用$10(包括总校报名费$5,T恤，午餐，水，水果等)，报名截止期为9月22日，希望我校健儿踊跃报名，扬我华夏博根校威。

8. 【征集华夏博根卡通人物设计稿】：设计稿充分体现竞技体育的精神，体现华夏博根健儿积极向上，勇夺第一的精神，设计稿一经采纳，将应用于华夏运动会如T恤，旗帜等宣传品。
【奖项设为】：
金奖 1名，荣获博根华夏中文学校奖状证书+奖金$100 （设计稿被录用）
优秀奖 10名，荣获博根华夏中文学校奖状证书+奖金$10
【设计稿投票方式和时间】：
请将设计稿于9月15日10:00AM-12:00在学校cafeteria 展示，中奖者将由校委会成员和专业老师及义工理事们投票产
