Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School open on 9/29/2019)

Dear Parents,

The school will be open this Sunday (9/29/2019).

1. 本周日9月29日是家长会 (Parent & Teacher Conference), 具体时间和地点请以各班任课老师通知和安排为准。衷心欢迎家长参加，欢迎家长带着问题参会。
The parent-teacher conference day is coming up on this Sunday (Sept. 29, 2019). Your child’s Chinese class teacher will send you his/her invitation with the location and the time. The parent-teacher conference gives parents, students, and teachers an opportunity to meet and discuss student progress, ask and answer questions, and partner on school-home supports, and so on. Looking forward to seeing you at the parent-teacher conference on Sunday.

2. 学校三周试课已经结束。从本周日9月29日起，各班任课教师将核对上课人数和学生名单，请没有注册或者没有交费的学生和家长及时报名付费，感谢您的支持。
Three week-long FREE trial classes end already. Starting from Sunday (Sept. 29, 2019), every teacher is asked to compare his/her class roster with the students actually attending class. If your kid is not officially registered, or the payment has not been made, please contact the school immediately. Thank you for your understanding and support.

3. 除经老师允许的班级家长, 其余家长请勿留在课堂或在走廊里高声聊天，以免影响课堂秩序。您可以到一楼的餐厅停留。
Except for the class parents who get the permission from the teachers, other parents please do NOT stay in the classroom or chat in high voice in the aisle to avoid disturb the class. You may stay in the cafeteria on the first floor

4. 请各位家长以身作则，爱护学校公物，保持环境卫生，不要乱丢垃圾，在餐厅吃过东西后将餐具桌面等打扫干净，在教室餐厅等处停留后将桌椅放回原处，并请要求孩子们也这样做。
Please play a good role for your children to take good care of the public properties and maintain the environment well at school. No littering. Please clean the desk and surroundings after eating and put the desks/chairs back to their position before you leave. Please require your kids to do so too.
