School Notice (10/7/2007 school open)

Dear Parents,

1. The school will open on this Sunday, Oct 7, 10:00am 2007.

2. The grade 1-4 will hold handwriting competition, if you are interested, please contact your teacher, the deadline is 11/11/07, 9£º00am.

3. Yao Ming and his Houston Rockets play against New Jersey Nets at Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, NJ. Once again, Huaxia is able to offer it this year. 4. In order to promote Chinese traditional culture and Chinese Chess (Xiangqi) game, HX Edison school and NJ Chinese Chess (Xiangqi) Association will co-sponsor the first ever New Jersey Chinese Chess (Xiangqi) Tournament in early November. This tournament is open to all Chinese in New Jersey, particularly the children, parents and grandparents in HX schools, regardless of age and level of play. The details are described in the docs,

6. Our Chinese school needs student volunteer to help tennis and soccer classes, welcome high grade students to participate, school will give certificate, this is a good chance for students to involve social activities.
