The school will close this Sunday (2/2/2020).
致全校师生的一封信：
亲爱的家长，老师，同学们，你们好！
接下来两周是回中国过春节人员返美的高峰期，鉴于大家对疫情的高度关注，华夏博根董事会，校委会对当前疫情高度重视，做了深入广泛的探讨。以保证师生、家长安全为主，同时以不间断教学为辅为原则，董事会校委会做出如下的决议：
一. 2月2号华夏博根中文学校停课，没有任何教学活动。
二． 学校已经完成应用Zoom进行远程教学的测试，老师们将在近期不断完善网络教学的方法步骤，以及准备网络教学内容。
三． 学校将在2月9号按照正常开课时间进行网上授课，除了部分文体课之外，所有其他课的任课老师会提前给本班家长发送网课登陆链接，请家长们密切关注邮箱，并参照所附登陆指南提前设置好在Zoom上的账号,

四． 无法通过网络进行授课的文体课这两周不上课，因为疫情的特殊情况不退费，敬请大家谅解。不能通过网络授课的班级会收到任课老师的确认邮件。
五． 2月9号以后的学校安排视事态发展而定。

A letter to the school's parents, teachers and students:
Dear parents, teachers, students, how are you!
The next two weeks will be the peak period for people in China who return from Spring Festival to United States. In view of the high level of attention to the epidemic, the board of directors and the school committee of Huaxia Bergen attaches great importance to the current epidemic and has conducted in-depth and extensive discussions. Based on the principle of ensuring the safety of teachers, students and parents, and supplemented by continuous teaching, the school board of the board of directors has made the following resolutions:
1. On February 2nd, Huaxia Bergen Chinese School will be closed without any teaching activities.

4. Cultural classes that cannot be taught through the Internet will not be held for two weeks, because the special circumstances of the epidemic, class fees are not refundable, please forgive us for the inconvenience. You will receive a confirmation email from the teacher.
5. School arrangements after February 9th will depend on situation developments.
