学校基本决定下学期通过网络授课,下学年报名费优惠的截止期原定为7/31，为了给大家更多的时间考虑，学校决定将截止期延期至08/16，希望大家尽快报名，以协助学校尽早确定教材订购及班级安排。
The school basically decided to go online for the next semester. The deadline for the discounted registration fee was originally set at 7/31. In order to give you more time to consider, the school decided to extend the deadline to 08/16. 暑期已经过去大半，很多家长都很关心秋季学期如何开学上课，学校也把新学期的计划列为头等大事，召开了若干次会议进行讨论。目前疫情状况仍然令人担忧，如返校上课，对师生家长安全的考虑和措施会非常复杂而且会需要根据新洲的情况随时做出改变和调整；如继续上网课，如何提高教学质量、课堂管理及学生参与度等也都是不小的挑战。为了做出最明智的决定，学校在密切关注新洲及华夏总校的相关情况的同时，也在近期征求了所有中文课老师的意见，并通过老师们征集了各班级家长的意见。根据各方面的信息及反馈，学校基本决定下学期通过网络授课，而且为了保证教学质量，从学前班到二年级的网络课堂将限制人数为15人。学校已经组织过老师们进行了多轮的培训和内部经验交流，经过春季三个月以及暑假的网络授课，积累了大量的实际经验，因此我们对网络授课的质量充满信心。

In order to make the most sensible decision, while paying close attention to the relevant situation of New Jersey and Huaxia Headquarters, the school has also recently solicited the opinions of all Chinese teachers, and solicited the opinions of parents of all classes through the teachers. According to various information and feedback, the school basically decided to teach online for the next semester, and in order to ensure the quality of teaching, the number of online classes from pre-kindergarten to second grade will be limited to 15 students. The school has organized teachers to conduct multiple rounds of training and internal experience exchanges. After three months of online teaching in spring and summer vacation, we have accumulated a lot of practical experience. Therefore, we are full of confidence in the quality of online teaching.
