Dear Parents,
1. 本周日9月13日是华夏博根中文学校开学第一天，请同学们准时坐到电脑前上课。
2. 学校将在本周六9月12日10:30-11:30am在PCHS趴车场安排最后一次上学年未上网课退费支票和奖杯领取，请家长们按时来领取，过时不侯。
3. 未领取中文课程教材的家长请直接与本班任课老师联系，安排本周六9月12日教材领取事宜。
4. 文化课退款支票：已经领到支票的家长，因支票已开出来很久，请大家务必在1-2周内兑现支票，以免过期作废。
5. 学校开始接受义工申请，有兴趣的学生请填写义工申请表：

7. 2020“华夏杯”书法绘画大赛已经隆重拉开帷幕，年龄18岁以下的华夏在校学生都可以参加。这次大赛邀请专家担任评委，分为三个组： 少年组（14-18周岁），少儿组（8-13周岁），和幼儿组（7周岁以下），设特等奖，一等奖，二等奖和三等奖，所有获奖作品将汇集成彩色精美画册供收藏。详情请见附件。
请感兴趣的家长在11月10日前将参加作品的电子照片发至马璐老师邮箱：Lu.Ma04@gmail.com, 照片名称为：“华夏博根-组别-学生名字 作品名” ，每位学生限送一幅画作。由于华夏每所分校每组最多选送五幅作品，请您尽快报名参加，作品数达到限额学校就不再接收作品了。

1. This Sunday, September 13th is the first day of the Huaxia Bergen Chinese School. Please sit in front of the computer on time for class.
2. The school will arrange the receipt of refund check and trophy for the last school year at the PCHS parking lot from 10:30-11:30am on September 12th. Parents are requested to collect them on time. This will be last time to pick up your check.
3. Parents who have not received Chinese course textbooks should contact the class teacher directly to arrange the collection of textbooks on September 12 this Saturday.
4. Refund check for cultural studies: For parents who have received the check, since the check has been issued for a long time, please be sure to cash the check within 1-2 weeks before check expires.
5. The school has begun accepting volunteer applications. Interested students please fill in the volunteer application form:

7. The 2020 "Huaxia Cup" calligraphy and painting competition has been grandly kicked off. All Chinese students under the age of 18 can participate. This competition invites experts to serve as judges and is divided into three groups: Junior Group (14-18 years old), Children Group (8-13 years old), and Toddler Group (under 7 years old). Special prize, first prize, second prize and third prize, are set. All winning works will be assembled into a colorful and exquisite album for collection. Please refer to attachment.
Interested parents are requested to send electronic photos of participating works to teacher Ma Lu’s email address: Lu.Ma04@gmail.com, the name of the photo is: "Huaxia Bergen-Group-Student Name Work Name", each student is limited to one painting. Since each branch of Huaxia Chinese Schools can submit up to five works per group, please register as soon as possible. Schools will no longer accept works if the number of works reaches the limit.
