Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Board Election Interview 9/20)

大家好！

由于受新冠肺炎疫情影响, 2020年华夏博根中文学校董事的换届工作尚未完成，按照＂Huaxia Chinese School at Bergen (HXBG) 2020 Board Director Election Guidelines＂，已于2020年3月22日完成了候选人提名，而面试和投票环节则推迟到本学年开学时进行。现定于9月20日下午3时在Zoom举行董事会成员与候选人的见面会。届时将进行推荐人介绍各位候选人, 候选人自我介绍，董事会成员对候选人提问与应答。

今年董事会有3位现任董事任期已满即将卸任, 有4位候选人参加竞选, 他们是张晓平先生, Joyce Chen女士, 张为民先生，李广起先生(李广起先生由于工作变动的原因, 现已提出退出竞选)。随信附上他们的简介及zoom 会议链接。届时欢迎大家旁听。

Dear HXBG family,

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the election has been postponed. It is now time to resume. It is planned that the interview and meeting with the general membership will be held at 3PM EDT on Sept. 20 on Zoom.

The agenda is as follows:

1. The nominators will introduce the nominees.

2. Nominees will present themselves self .

3. Questions will be raised by Board members (that could be for a particular nominee or for all three nominees) and the nominees will give answers based on their best understanding and knowledge.
