Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 10/9/2022)
Dear Parents,1、华夏博根中文学校将于10月9日上实体课！华夏博根全体工作人员和老师们在我们熟悉的校园等着你！
2、从本周起（10/3/2022），学校不再接受秋季退费申请。学校将开始核对学生名单，没有交费或注册报名的学生，将会被通知家长，并不再允许进入课堂，感谢大家的理解和配合。
3、教学楼设有3个出入口，请参照下面学校地图，3个门在图上分别有标记，

(1) #1号门- 校委会工作台，包括：注册报名、领书发书、也可由此门进入教学楼。
(2) #2号门和#3号门-建议所有可进入教学楼的人员由此两道门进入Building。
4、 第三届华夏杯绘画大赛已开始报名，想参赛的同学可到一号入口工作台交费报名（华夏人员$20/幅／人，非华夏人员$40/幅／人），获取编码及密码并通过大赛官网上传作品。上传截止日期10/15/2022，有意参赛的同学请抓紧报名。
5、从本周日起（10/9/2022），马婧文老师的水彩画课和儿童绘画课从教室219移到教室216上课。

1. Huaxia Bergen Chinese School will hold physical classes on October 9th! All the staff and teachers of Huaxia Bergen are waiting for you on our familiar campus!
2. From this week (10/3/2022), the school will no longer accept applications for fall refunds. The school will start to check the student list. Students who have not paid the fee or registered will be notified to their parents and will no longer be allowed to enter the classroom. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
3. There are 3 entrances and exits in the teaching building. Please refer to the school map below. The 3 doors are marked on the map respectively.

4. Registration for the 3rd Huaxia Cup Painting Competition has started. Students who want to participate can go to the Entrance Workbench No. 1 to pay the registration fee (Huaxia staff $20/picture/person, non-Huaxia staff $40/picture/person) to get the code and password And upload your works through the competition official website. The upload deadline is 10/15/2022. Students who are interested in participating, please register as soon as possible.
5. From this Sunday (10/9/2022), Teacher Ma Jingwen's watercolor painting class and children's painting class will be moved from classroom 219 to classroom 216.
