Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 2/26/2023)

Dear Parents,

1、华夏博根中文学校将于2023年2月26日上实体课！华夏博根全体工作人员和老师们在我们熟悉的校园等着你！

2、根据校历，本周日为中文课学年第二次考试日及春季学期家长会日，请同学准时到校参加考试；家长们按各班老师安排时间参加家长会。

3、经与租用高中PCHS多次协商，对方同意四年级以下的学生由家长进入教学楼drop off 和pick up，仅限于接送孩子，上课时间严禁家长滞留在教学楼里。教学楼设有3个出入口，请参照下面学校地图，3个门在图上分别有标记，

Dear Parents,

1. Huaxia Bergen Chinese School will hold physical classes on February 26, 2023! All the staff and teachers of Huaxia Bergen are waiting for you on our familiar campus!

2. According to the school calendar, this Sunday is the second exam day of the Chinese class and the parent meeting day in the spring semester. Please come to school on time to take the exam; parents attend the parent meeting according to the time arranged by the teachers of each class.

3. After repeated negotiations with PCHS, the rented high school, the other party agrees that students below the fourth grade will be dropped off and picked up by their parents in the teaching building, only for picking up and dropping off children, and parents are strictly prohibited from staying in the teaching building during class hours. There are 3 entrances and exits in the teaching building. Please refer to the school map below. The 3 entrances are marked on the map.
