Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 4/2/2023)
Dear Parents，
1、华夏博根中文学校将于2023年4月2日上实体课！华夏博根全体工作人员和老师们在我们熟悉的校园等着你！
2、董事会通知：一年一度的董事选举又要开始了，候选人提名截止到4月9日11:59 am，希望大家积极参与自荐或推荐候选人。
3、由于新冠疫情停办的华夏智力运动会将于2023年5月13日在华夏东部分校再次举行，项目包括：围棋 (Go)、象棋 (Xiangqi)、国际象棋 (Chess)、五子棋 (Wuziqi)、数独 (Sudoku)、桥牌等，现已开始报名，希望大家抓住机会踊跃参加。详细规则及报名表请参见群里通知（已发）。
4、经与租用高中PCHS多次协商，对方同意四年级以下的学生由家长进入教学楼drop off 和pick up，仅限于接送孩子，上课时间严禁家长滞留在教学楼里。教学楼设有3个出入口，请参照下面学校地图，3个门在图上分别有标记，

1. Huaxia Bergen Chinese School will hold physical classes on April 2, 2023! All the staff and teachers of Huaxia Bergen are waiting for you on our familiar campus!
2. Notice from the Board of Directors: The annual election of directors is about to start again, and the deadline for nomination of candidates is 11:59 am on April 9th. We hope that everyone will actively participate in self-recommendation or recommendation of candidates.
3. The Huaxia Intellectual Games, which was suspended due to the new crown epidemic, will be held again on May 13, 2023 at the Huaxia East Branch. The events include: Go, Xiangqi, Chess, Wuziqi, Mathematics Sudoku, bridge, etc. are now open for registration, and I hope everyone will seize the opportunity to actively participate. For detailed rules and registration form, please refer to the notice in the group (sent).
4. After repeated negotiations with PCHS, the rented high school, the other party agrees that students below the fourth grade will be dropped off and picked up by their parents in the teaching building. They are limited to picking up and dropping off children. Parents are strictly prohibited from staying in the teaching building during class hours. There are 3 entrances and exits in the teaching building. Please refer to the school map below. The 3 entrances are marked on the map.
