Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 9/17/2023)

Dear Parents,

1、好的开始是成功的一半，祝贺华夏博根中文学校上周日顺利开启新学年！9月17日（周日）是第二周，华夏博根全体工作人员和老师们在熟悉的校园等着你！

2、2023-2024学年度秋季注册还在继续，中文课程设计专业系统，文体课程丰富多样，适合各年龄段学生，欢迎大家报名！https://www.hxbg.org/onlineregistration/

3、根据学校退费规则：注册费不退。学费第一周（截止日期9/16/2023 11:59pm)可全退。第二周（截止日期9/23 /2023 11:59pm)可退该学期学费的80%。第三周以后不退。已注册但未进入的第二个学期, 第二个学期学费全退。如有需要请家长及时调整课程。

4、本周起，家长将孩子送到教室门口后，请不要在教室里多作停留。为保证课堂教学质量和教学效果，请家长不要坐到教室里，除非任课教师许可。

5、应家长要求，经与PCHS协商今年同意将North cafeteria租给我们，并允许开放cafeteria 给家长停留，因此希望家长们能够遵守学校规定，在上课时间不要在走廊、Lobby等区域逗留、聊天喧哗，请移步到cafeteria 以免影响教学秩序。谢谢大家配合！

Dear Parents,

1. A good start is half the success. Congratulations to Huaxia Bergen Chinese School for successfully starting the new school year last Sunday! September 17th (Sunday) is the second week. All staff and teachers of Huaxia Bergen are waiting for you on the familiar campus!

2. Registration for the fall of the 2023-2024 academic year is still ongoing. The Chinese curriculum is professionally designed and systematic, and the cultural and sports courses are rich and diverse, suitable for students of all ages. 3. According to the school’s refund rules: the registration fee is non-refundable. The first week of tuition (deadline 9/16/2023 11:59pm) is fully refundable. In the second week (deadline 9/23/2023 11:59pm), 80% of the tuition fee for the semester can be refunded. No withdrawal after the third week. If you register but do not enter the second semester, the tuition fee for the second semester will be fully refunded. Parents are asked to adjust the curriculum promptly if necessary.

4. Starting from this week, parents please do not stay in the classroom for too long after sending their children to the classroom door. To ensure the quality and effectiveness of classroom teaching, parents are asked not to sit in the classroom unless given permission by the teacher.

5. At the request of parents, after consultation with PCHS, we agreed to rent the North cafeteria to us this year and allow the cafeteria to be opened for parents to stay. Therefore, we hope that parents can abide by the school regulations and refrain from lingering, chatting and making noise in the corridors, lobby and other areas during school hours, please move to the cafeteria so as not to affect the teaching order.
