应华夏博根中文学校邀请，为方便社区的民众，本周日（10月22日）上午9:30～12:30，Holy Name Hospital 将在中文学校North Cafeteria 为大家免费注射流感疫苗（flu shot）。服务对象为18岁以上成年人，无需提供保险，无需注册预约，先到先得。为能提高效率，以免长时间排队等候，请接种人员提前填写好下列表格，届时提交给负责人员。完成接种后请尽快离开或留在North Cafeteria ，不要在教学楼内喧哗。
