Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 10/29/2023)
Dear Parents,
1、10月29日（周日）校历第七周，华夏博根全体工作人员和老师们在熟悉的校园等着你！
根据PCHS的要求，虽然我们已经连续提醒了两周，仍有学生在课间休息时在楼道内奔跑，请家长及老师们继续提醒孩子们注意以下几点事项，请全体学生及家长遵照执行。
❗️课间休息时，严禁学生在楼道及公共区域奔跑打闹，以防发生意外；
❗️严禁学生进入二楼禁止入内的区域；
❗️严禁学生在电梯内外玩耍。
❗️为保证学校的教学秩序，请家长按学校要求不要在教室门口及走廊聊天喧哗，上课时段请移步到North Cafeteria 。
一个良好的教学环境需要全校师生及家长的努力维护。为了保证学校能够平稳良性地运行，请大家自觉遵守校规。谢谢大家的支持！
2、本周日我们将举行一年一度的万圣节游行，所有人员都可穿Halloween costume到校。游行将在第二三节课间举行，本周课程安排如下：第二节课提前十分钟（11:00am）下课，第三节课推迟十分钟（11:30am）上课，请参加游行的同学们在North cafeteria门前集合，绕校园一圈后回到集合地点领糖。
3、2023第四届海投全球-“华夏杯”绘画大赛开幕啦！报名从2023年11月1日开始。博根的小画家们希望你们能利用这个舞台尽情展现你们的才华。
4、根据学校教学要求，家长将孩子送到教室门口后，请不要在教室里多作停留。为保证课堂教学质量和教学效果，请家长不要坐到教室里，除非任课教师许可。
根据PCHS的安全要求，从本周起教学楼的#4、18和22号门只开到9:30 am，之后都使用North Cafeteria 的# 21号门进入教学楼，请大家遵照执行。

According to the requirements of PCHS, although we have reminded them for two consecutive weeks, there are still students running in the corridors during recess. Parents and teachers are asked to continue to remind children to pay attention to the following matters. All students and parents are asked to comply with them.
❗️During recess, students are strictly prohibited from running and playing in corridors and public areas to prevent accidents;
❗️Students are strictly prohibited from entering the prohibited areas on the second floor;

2. We will hold our annual Halloween parade this Sunday, and everyone can wear Halloween costumes to school. The parade will be held between the second and third periods. This week’s class schedule is as follows: the second period ends ten minutes early (11:00am), and the third period starts ten minutes later (11:30am). Students who participate in the parade are kindly requested to We gathered in front of the North cafeteria, walked around the campus and returned to the meeting place to receive candies.
3. The 2023 Fourth Haitou Global-"China Cup" Painting Competition has begun! Registration begins on November 1, 2023. The little painters of Bogen hope that you can use this stage to show your talents.
4. According to school teaching requirements, parents please do not stay in the classroom for too long after sending their children to the classroom door. To ensure the quality and effectiveness of classroom teaching, parents are asked not to sit in the classroom unless given permission by the teacher.
According to the safety requirements of PCHS, starting this week, doors #4, 18 and 22 of the teaching building will only be open until 9:30 am. After that, you will use door #21 of the North Cafeteria to enter the teaching building. Please follow these instructions.
