Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 3/31/2024)
Dear Parents,
1、2024年03月31日（周日）校历第二十五周，华夏博根全体工作人员和老师们在熟悉的校园等着你！
2、3月31日是复活节（Easter），学校将举行传统的复活节捡彩蛋活动（Easter egg hunt)。为照顾到各年龄段的同学都能有愉快的体验，我们将按年龄分为第一场（11:00 am-11:10 am)，参加人员为学前班～三年级的同学们，请以上各中文班级的老师提前15分钟下课，同学们11:00准时到学校西南侧的Baseball field 参加捡蛋活动。第二场（11:15am-11:25am)，为中文四年级以上及其他文体课的同学们开放，第三节课将推迟10分钟（11:30 am）上课。请各年级同学遵照时间要求到场地参加活动，也请家长们配合学校顺利完成活动。

3、一年一度的董事会换届选举即将举行，我们诚邀对华夏博根中文学校及其学校理念充满热情的个人考虑竞选董事会成员职位。在董事会任职将会对我们学校未来发展起到至关重要的作用。

4、根据学校教学要求，家长将孩子送到教室门口后，请不要在教室里多作停留。为保证课堂教学质量和教学效果，请家长不要坐到教室里，除非任课教师许可。
⚠️根据PCHS的安全要求，从本周起教学楼的#4、18和22号门只开到9: 45am，之后请使用# 21 North Cafeteria 的门进入教学楼，请大家遵照执行。
⚠️⚠️ 良好的教学环境需要全校师生及家长努力维护。为了保证学校能够平稳良性地运行，请全体人员自觉遵守以下校规：
❗️课间休息时，严禁学生在楼道及公共区域奔跑打闹，以防发生意外；
❗️严禁学生进入二楼禁止入内的区域；
❗️严禁学生在电梯内外玩耍。
❗️为保证学校的教学秩序，请家长按学校要求不要在教室门口及走廊聊天喧哗，上课时段请移步到North Cafeteria .
❗️严禁携宠物进入教学楼。

1. On March 31, 2024 (Sunday), the 25th week of the academic calendar, all the staff and teachers of Huaxia Bergen are waiting for you on the familiar campus!
2. March 31st is Easter, and the school will hold a traditional Easter egg hunt. In order to ensure that students of all ages can have a pleasant experience, we will divide the first session (11:00 am-11:10 am) according to age. The participants are students from preschool to third grade. Please The teacher of the Chinese class ended get out of class 15 minutes early, and the students went to the Baseball field on the southwest side of the school at 11:00 to participate in the egg collecting activity. The second session (11:15am-11:25am) is open to students in fourth grade Chinese and above and other cultural and sports classes. The third session will be postponed for 10 minutes (11:30 am). Students of all grades are asked to attend the activities at the venue according to the time requirements, and parents are also asked to cooperate with the school to successfully complete the activities.

3. The annual board of directors general election is about to be held. We sincerely invite individuals who are passionate about Hua Xia Bergen Chinese School and its school philosophy to consider running for board member positions. Serving on the Board will play a vital role in the future development of our school.
If you are interested in becoming a candidate for the board of directors, please contact the current board secretary, Director Zhu Jianhui (email: 09jianhui.zhu@gmail.com) before this Sunday (March 31).
4. According to school teaching requirements, parents please do not stay in the classroom for too long after sending their children to the classroom door. To ensure the quality and effectiveness of classroom teaching, parents are asked not to sit in the classroom unless given permission by the teacher.
⚠️According to the safety requirements of PCHS, starting this week, doors #4, 18 and 22 of the teaching building will only be open until 9:45am. After that, please use the door of #21 North Cafeteria to enter the teaching building. Please follow these instructions.
⚠️⚠️ A good teaching environment requires the efforts of all teachers, students and parents of the school to maintain it. In order to ensure the smooth and healthy operation of the school, all personnel are required to voluntarily abide by the following school rules:
❗️During recess, students are strictly prohibited from running and playing in corridors and public areas to prevent accidents;
❗️Students are strictly prohibited from entering the prohibited areas on the second floor;
❗️Students are strictly prohibited from playing inside and outside the elevator.
❗️In order to ensure the school's teaching order, parents are requested not to chat or make noise at the classroom door and corridors according to the school's requirements. Please move to the North Cafeteria during school hours.
❗️It is strictly prohibited to bring pets into the teaching building.
