Huaxia Bergen Chinese School Notice (School Open on 4/7/2024)

1、2024年04月07日（周日）校历第二十六周，华夏博根全体工作人员和老师们在熟悉的校园等着你！
2、2024年华夏中文学校智力运动会将于5月11日，星期六上午11:30到下午5:30在华夏南部分校(Marlboro High School, 95 N Main St, Marlboro, NJ 07746)举行。比赛项目有，围棋，中国象棋，国际象棋，五子棋，数独，桥牌，斗地主，升级。报名费$10/每人。报名截止日期是4/29。欢迎同学，家长涌跃参加。请与刘一帆副校长联系。
3、根据学校教学要求，家长将孩子送到教室门口后，请不要在教室里多作停留。为保证课堂教学质量和教学效果，请家长不要坐到教室里，除非任课教师许可。
⚠️根据PCHS的安全要求，从本周起教学楼的#4、18和22号门只开到9: 45am，之后请使用# 21 North Cafeteria 的门进入教学楼，请大家遵照执行。
⚠️⚠️ 良好的教学环境需要全校师生及家长努力维护。为了保证学校能够平稳良性地运行，请全体人员自觉遵守以下校规：
❗️课间休息时，严禁学生在楼道及公共区域奔跑打闹，以防发生意外；
❗️严禁学生进入二楼禁止入内的区域；
❗️严禁学生在电梯内外玩耍。
❗️为保证学校的教学秩序，请家长按学校要求不要在教室门口及走廊聊天喧哗，上课时段请移步到North Cafeteria .
❗️严禁携宠物进入教学楼。

Dear Parents
1. On April 7, 2024 (Sunday), the 26th week of the academic calendar, all staff and teachers of Huaxia Bergen are waiting for you on the familiar campus!
2. The 2024 Huaxia Chinese School Intellectual Games will be held on Saturday, May 11, from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm at the Huaxia Southern Branch (Marlboro High School, 95 N Main St, Marlboro, NJ 07746). The competition events include Go, Chinese chess, international chess, backgammon, Sudoku, bridge, Landlords, and upgrades. Registration fee is $10/person. The registration deadline is 4/29. Students and parents are welcome to attend. Please contact Vice President Liu Yifan.
3. According to school teaching requirements, parents please do not stay in the classroom for too long after sending their children to the classroom door. To ensure the quality and effectiveness of classroom teaching, parents are asked not to sit in the classroom unless given permission by the teacher.
⚠️According to the safety requirements of PCHS, starting from this week, doors #4, 18 and 22 of the teaching building will only be open until 9:45am. After that, please use the door of #21 North Cafeteria to enter the teaching building. Please follow these instructions.
⚠️⚠️ A good teaching environment requires the efforts of all teachers, students and parents of the school to maintain it. In order to ensure the smooth and healthy operation of the school, all personnel are required to voluntarily abide by the following school rules:
❗️During recess, students are strictly prohibited from running and playing in corridors and public areas to prevent accidents;
❗️Students are strictly prohibited from entering the prohibited areas on the second floor;
❗️Students are strictly prohibited from playing inside and outside the elevator.
❗️In order to ensure the school's teaching order, parents are requested not to chat or make noise at the classroom door and corridors according to the school's requirements. Please move to the North Cafeteria during school hours.
❗️It is strictly prohibited to bring pets into the teaching building.
