1. 📚 2026–2027学年注册继续进行
目前学校仍接受新老学生报名。中文课程设置专业、系统，文体及兴趣课程也丰富多样，可以满足不同年龄段学生的学习需求。欢迎大家继续报名！

2. 🏓 乒乓球课继续招生
华夏博根中文学校与专业乒乓球俱乐部 Joyous Table Tennis Club 合作开设乒乓球课程，专业教练指导，小班训练，适合不同年龄和基础的孩子。
✅ 专业教练指导，从入门到提高，循序渐进。训练专注力、协调性和反应能力，也有机会学习比赛和实战技巧 。和同龄孩子一起运动，锻炼身体，结交朋友。无论孩子是第一次拿球拍，还是想进一步提高，都能找到适合的课程。

3. 💵 学费退费说明
请家长留意以下退费时间及规定：
- 注册费一律不退。
- 第一周内（截止 9/19/2026 11:59pm）申请退费，学费可全额退还。
- 第二周内（截止 9/26/2026 11:59pm）申请退费，可退还该学期学费的 80%，以及尚未开始的春季学费全额。
- 从第三周开始，秋季学费不再退还。
- 已经注册但尚未开始的春季学期，学费可以全额退还。

学校与 Paramus Catholic High School 的场地合同仅限指定教室及公共区域。请勿进入未授权区域或组织非教学活动。
＊纪律与秩序
请家长提醒孩子遵守校规，爱护公物，不随意翻动教室物品。
如有违反：
• 第一次：口头提醒并记录
• 第二次：联系家长沟通
• 第三次：请家长到校协助处理
＊安全提醒
课间请勿前往教学楼二层 210、208、206 教室附近的隐蔽走廊区域。
＊课堂秩序
上课期间家长请勿进入教室（值日班爸班妈除外）。课堂义工请专心协助教学，尽量避免使用电子设备。
＊交通安全
校区内车速限 10 mph，请减速慢行，注意行人安全。
＊饮食规定
根据学校防虫要求，教室内禁止进餐。

Dear Parents and Students,
Last week marked the first day of the new school year, and as of September 20, we have entered the second week of the school calendar. Now that the new school year has begun, we hope all the children will gradually settle into their routines, enjoy learning at school, and get along well with their teachers and classmates. We also hope everyone will make new progress in their Chinese studies this year!
1. 📚 Registration for the 2026–2027 School Year Is Still Open
The school is currently accepting applications from both new and returning students. We offer a professional and systematic Chinese curriculum, as well as a rich variety of cultural, sports, and enrichment courses to meet the learning needs of students of all ages. We welcome everyone to continue registering!

Parents who have completed registration but have not yet paid the tuition fee are asked to settle the payment as soon as possible so that the school can confirm your child’s enrollment status and class schedule.
2. 🏓 Table Tennis Classes Continue to Accept Enrollments
Huaxia Bogen Chinese School has partnered with the professional table tennis club Joyous Table Tennis Club to offer table tennis classes. Led by professional coaches and conducted in small groups, these classes are suitable for children of all ages and skill levels.
✅ Under the guidance of professional coaches, students progress step-by-step from beginner to advanced levels. Training focuses on developing concentration, coordination, and reaction time, while also providing opportunities to learn competition and practical skills. Children can exercise, build physical fitness, and make friends while playing with peers. Whether your child is picking up a paddle for the first time or looking to improve their skills, there is a suitable course available.

3. 💵 Tuition Refund Policy
Please note the following refund deadlines and regulations:
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Tuition will be fully refunded for refund requests submitted within the first week (by 11:59 p.m. on 9/19/2026).
- If a refund is requested within the second week (by 11:59 p.m. on September 26, 2026), 80% of the tuition for the current semester will be refunded, along with the full tuition for the spring semester (if it has not yet begun).
- Starting in the third week, fall tuition is non-refundable.
- Tuition for the spring semester, provided registration has been completed but classes have not yet begun, is fully refundable.

＊Facility Use
The school’s facility agreement with Paramus Catholic High School is limited to designated classrooms and common areas. Please do not enter unauthorized areas or organize non-academic activities.
＊Discipline and Order
Please remind your children to follow school rules, take care of school property, and refrain from tampering with classroom items.
In case of violations:
• First offense: Verbal warning and record of the incident
• Second offense: Contact with parents for discussion
• Third offense: Parents will be asked to come to school to assist with the matter
＊Safety Reminder
During breaks, please do not go to the secluded hallway area near classrooms 210, 208, and 206 on the second floor of the academic building.
＊Classroom Order
Parents are not permitted to enter classrooms during class time (except for parents on duty). Classroom volunteers should focus on assisting with instruction and avoid using electronic devices as much as possible.
* Traffic Safety
The speed limit on campus is 10 mph. Please slow down and watch out for pedestrians.
* Food Policy
In accordance with the school’s pest control requirements, eating is prohibited in classrooms.
