2. 🎨 “华夏杯”国际青少年儿童绘画大赛
第七届“华夏杯”国际青少年儿童绘画大赛即将拉开帷幕，目前作品提交通道已经开放。
本届大赛主题：
生生与共——少年笔下人类共同的家园
Life in Harmony: Young Visions of Our Shared Home
比赛鼓励孩子们通过绘画表达自己对未来、对生活以及人类共同家园的美好想象。欢迎喜欢绘画的同学积极参加！
📌 作品提交截止日期：

📌 线上展示：
自 2026年10月1日 起，提交的参赛作品将在大赛线上画廊正式公开展示。

学校与 Paramus Catholic High School 的场地合同仅限指定教室及公共区域。请勿进入未授权区域，也请勿在校园内组织非教学活动。
＊纪律与秩序
请家长提醒孩子遵守校规、爱护公物，不随意翻动或使用教室内的物品。
如有违反，将按照以下方式处理：
• 第一次：口头提醒并记录
• 第二次：联系家长沟通
• 第三次：请家长到校协助处理
＊安全提醒
课间请勿前往教学楼二层 210、208、206教室附近的隐蔽走廊区域。
＊课堂秩序
上课期间，家长请勿进入教室（值日班爸班妈除外）。课堂义工请专心协助教学，尽量避免在课堂期间使用电子设备。
＊交通安全
校区内车速限 10 mph，请大家减速慢行，注意行人安全。
＊饮食规定
根据学校防虫要求，教室内禁止进餐。

Hello, parents and students!
We are now in the fourth week of the school year (October 4). We hope the children come to school happily every week, study diligently, and enjoy their weekends with their teachers and classmates!
1. 📚 Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is still open
The school is currently accepting applications from both new and returning students. We offer a professional and systematic Chinese curriculum, as well as a rich variety of cultural, sports, and extracurricular courses to meet the learning needs of students of all ages.

2. 🎨 “Huaxia Cup” International Youth and Children’s Painting Competition
The 7th “Huaxia Cup” International Youth and Children’s Painting Competition is about to begin, and the submission portal is now open.
This year’s competition theme:
Life in Harmony: Young Visions of Our Shared Home

The competition encourages children to express their beautiful visions of the future, life, and our shared home through painting. Students who enjoy painting are welcome to participate!
📌 Submission Deadline:
December 21, 2026
📌 Online Exhibition:
Starting October 1, 2026, submitted entries will be officially displayed in the competition’s online gallery.

📌 How to Register:
Students interested in participating can register at the School Board Office desk to purchase an entry number and password.
Registration fee: $30 per person

＊Use of Facilities
The school’s facility agreement with Paramus Catholic High School is limited to designated classrooms and common areas. Please do not enter unauthorized areas, and do not organize non-academic activities on campus.
＊Discipline and Order
Parents are asked to remind their children to follow school rules, take care of school property, and refrain from tampering with or using items in the classrooms without permission.
Violations will be handled as follows:
• First offense: Verbal warning and written record
• Second offense: Contact with parents
• Third offense: Parents will be asked to come to school to assist with the matter
＊Safety Reminder
During breaks, please do not go to the secluded hallway area near classrooms 210, 208, and 206 on the second floor of the academic building.
* Classroom Order
Parents are not permitted to enter classrooms during class time (except for parents on duty). Classroom volunteers should focus on assisting with instruction and avoid using electronic devices during class as much as possible.
* Traffic Safety
The speed limit on campus is 10 mph. Please drive slowly and be mindful of pedestrian safety.
＊Food Policy
In accordance with the school’s pest control requirements, eating is prohibited in classrooms.
