Huaxia Bergen School Notice (School Open on 06/21/2015)

Dear Parents,

1. Chinese school will be open on June 21st, 2015, this is the last day of the school and the graduation ceremony.

Please report to your classroom at 9:30am if your Chinese class was in the 1st and 2nd periods, or 9:50am if your Chinese class was in the 3rd and 4th periods. There will be no cultural classes for children. The graduation ceremony will be started at 10:30am in the auditorium. Please follow your teachers’ instruction.

2. Registration for the 2015-2016 school year will continue. Please go to our school website www.hxbg.org to register online. New Online payment system has been set up and is available now. Please check the link and follow the guideline.

3. Notice from PANDA TRAVEL LLC:

It was scheduled to have Visa services in our school on May 17, 2015. However, the Visa Services will be relocated in Panda Travel office this Sunday from 10:00am-12:00pm at 44 SYLVAN AVE ,SUITE 1F, ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS NJ 07632 due to no school. Please see the link below.
